The wait-list form collects the name, email address, region, participant perspective, interests, optional note, consent record, submission time, and limited technical data used for abuse prevention.
How it is used
Information is used to administer the UOA wait list, send development communications, plan inclusive participation, prevent abuse, and maintain required consent records. It is not sold.
Retention and control
Records should be retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations. Participants may request access, correction, or deletion using the contact method published by the site operator.
